HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME A PARTNER AGENCY?

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS LIKE?

After you fill out the online application, our Program Manager, will contact you for a quick call to talk about your organization, the process for signing up kids each month, expectations, answer questions, and to make sure we mutually agree that our organizations would make a great partnership.

IS THERE A FEE TO BE A PARTNER AGENCY?

There is a small annual fee to be a partner agency of SCDB, based on the number of kids you want to serve each month. You can find the different tiers of distribution and associated fees in our Collaborative Partner Agency Agreement.

ARE YOU FLEXIBLE WITH THE PARTNER AGENCY FEE PAYMENT?

We sure are. We prefer your annual fee be paid within 60 days of becoming a partner agency, and then within 60 days of re-upping our annual agreement. However, we know funding, fundraisers, donors, etc. could be seasonal or cyclical. If you need to pay your fee later, or break it up into smaller payments that’s totally fine with us. We also don’t mind if someone else pays your annual fee on behalf of your organization. We’ve seen groups have great success asking a corporate sponsor, volunteer or superstar donor to cover the agency fee for a year. What a great way to spread awareness of diaper need and give a donor something really special and meaningful to fund. (We also provide your agency with data around diaper distribution outcomes, making it easy for you to share the impact with those donors at the end of the year! No worries! Feel free to email our Program Manager, Jean, at [email protected] with any questions. We can also set up a time to chat before you fill out the application to make sure our agencies would be a good fit.

HOW MANY DIAPERS WILL MY CLIENTS GET EACH MONTH?

Each child receives either 50 diapers (sizes newborn through 6) or 30 Pull-Ups (all sizes of Pull-Ups) each month that match the size they currently need. Children can receive Pull-Ups 6 times total from Sweet Cheeks. Children can receive diapers until their 4th birthday.

HOW ARE THE DIAPERS PACKAGED?

We wrap bundles of 25 diapers in plastic wrap with a size label on each one. Each child gets 2 bundles (50 diapers) each month (or one bundle of 30 Pull-Ups).

HOW, WHERE, AND WHEN DO I GET THE DIAPERS FOR MY CLIENTS EACH MONTH?

HOW: Each partner agency is responsible for picking up their diapers from Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank’s warehouse each month.

WHERE: We are proud to be part of the new St. Anthony Center on Republic St. downtown. 1615 Republic St. Cincinnati, OH 45202.

WHEN: You will pick diapers up once a month. Once you’re an active agency you’ll be placed in a pickup group and given all pickup dates for the year.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DATA AROUND DIAPER DISTRIBUTION OUTCOMES?

We sure do! Every time a family receives diapers for the first time, there is a brief survey they fill out. We collect and analyze that data and at the end of the year send you a report on the diaper outcomes for YOUR agency. So you’ll be able to show exactly how providing diapers has helped your clients, in their own words.

HOW DO I SIGN UP KIDS TO GET DIAPERS?

Once you’re approved as a partner agency you will receive a password to be able to log in to our agency portal through our website. When you are in the system you’ll be able to access our client sign-up form. That’s how you will order diapers for your clients each month. And don’t worry–we’ll walk you through it all!
